These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of novafin.co (the "Site") and any enquiry or request, including the free AI audit request, submitted through it. The Site is operated by Novafin SRL, a company registered in Romania at Calea Mosilor, Nr. 88, Entrance F, Ap. F1, Sector 3, Bucharest, 030152, trade register no. J2024034330005, VAT/CUI RO50756893 ("Novafin", "we", "us"). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Use of the site
The content on this Site is provided for general information about Novafin's services and is not a substitute for tailored professional, legal, regulatory, or financial advice. You may browse and use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, submitting false or malicious form data, or interfering with its normal operation.
3. The free AI audit
The audit request form lets you request a free, no-obligation AI automation audit consisting of a call and a written report. Submitting the form does not create a contract, retainer, or paid engagement between you and Novafin. Any subsequent paid engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which will take precedence over these Terms for that engagement.
We aim to respond to audit requests within 24 hours but do not guarantee a specific response time. We may decline a request at our discretion, for example if the enquiry is outside our area of practice or appears to be spam.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Novafin SRL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
5. No warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any automation outcome, timeline, or savings figure discussed on the Site or during an audit will be achieved in your specific case.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Romanian law, Novafin SRL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, including the free audit report, in the absence of a separate signed engagement agreement defining our obligations.
7. Data protection
Any personal data you submit through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence, where applicable.
